[2021] Cant Play ranked

i dont know if this is a common problem, but since this last update i cant play ranked. it says i do not have the required masteries despite the fact....i do. I tried a few things. i uninstalled and reinstalled. i saw an old post for 2017 that said to look at your masteries and to hide then unhide the my profile, but nothing has worked. does anyone have any other solutions? i sent a ticket to hi rez but "we have a higher than normal ticket count" or something was the default response. because of course.
