As announced on stream, MegaCorp was my last expansion as Game Director of @StellarisGame. The reigns to the game are now in the safe hands of @dmoregard, who has been working as game designer on the project alongside me for almost three years.

It has been an absolute privilege on work with the @StellarisGame dev team, a team of passionate, dedicated and talented individuals, on a game that I love. I will miss Stellaris a lot, but it's a good feeling to be able to leave the project knowing that it is in such good hands.

@AsaTJ I would add The Long Dark to that list, since it actually achieves being a survival game focused on hunger, thirst and the elements rather than those things just being a short prelude to/annoying interruption from monster fighting. In general I'm with you though.

In total, I spent ~8 months of the game up until now at peace and my country is a mess. 20 corruption, high inflation, terrible adm/dip tech, >50% average autonomy, devastation and separatism on the fringes, and I razed every province I conquered. It was a blast though!
