[2021] Stellaris - Scientist leader takes on multiple jobs

Please don't be rude.

We can confirm we get the problem with the same mods and your save, changing scientist fixes it.

However we are unable to reproduce it in a vanilla, so the issue is likely related to the mods you have installed.
