This was fixed without a ticket so slipped the changelog, but it should be resolved

If the crash is persiting, put in a fresh report today if possible and I'll prioritise it. Feel free to link it here too.

Small woops but Alfrays fixed that, will come in the next update we do whenever that is.

Seems to be working from the browsers and machines I've tried.

Try flushing your dns or restarting your router.

Balance? Sure! Leader cap? Unlikely, whenever we make a long term positive change it can annoy quite a few people. But in this case, the Leader cap being pretty tight is just better design.

Too many Pathfinding, Pacing and Testing issues to be worth it. Also just bad for gameplay.

Do you have a savegame I could take a look at? Though I will say anything above the default settings (Stars, empires etc) is cruising for a bruising.
Stellaris is a game of calculations, the more calculations you introduce, the slower things go.

Before the many other bugs that do have an effect on gameplay and have existed for far longer? Ok, good to know. I can see a few reasons for that, but it's still weird.
Maybe up-voting bug reports is worth doing now.
We can fix more than one thing at a time, we'll be grabbing more issues from 3.7.4 for 3.8 as time allows. Can't let visual bugs accumulate either.

As above, you can ignore the warning and your DLC will still be enabled. This is a false positive in the launcher :) the DLC is not actually corrupted.

Hello! We're looking into fixing this error message issue, but I've been unable to reproduce any issues actually accessing the content.

Please double check that any mods are disabled (seriously 100% check) and ingame that your DLC is unticked (marking is as not available) in the new game screen.

Sad times as I really wanted to try out the update today
Make sure to disable your mods. We're aware of the launcher complainaing about corrupt files but the game and DLC should still work fine, it's a backend issue.
