Hey, thanks for the reports. We're investigating
fourteenfour said: I see no direct call out to the CTD afflicting Mac and Linux users when some dialog boxes pop, is this addressed? This was fixed without a ticket so slipped the changelog, but it should be resolved
MadCow94 said: Shiny new bug (I think). Life seeded origin starts with the ability to build a level 4 Gaia seeder on their homeworld. They cannot build any on other planets.Small woops but Alfrays fixed that, will come in the next update we do whenever that is.

My homeworld was in a nebula, but there are no nebulas over in this art of the map.
Foxosaur said: I believe the underlying point and general concern is that PDX may start on a slippery slope of selling content that the AI cannot use. Knowing that AI does not (cannot?) use the Paragons system is a second instance of it. If your demographic split of players show you that a good % play Single player then it seems quite fair for the community to expect a bit more openess and proactiveness about it, at least going forward, maybe even saying so on the DLC information.I get the point but this is a non-issue. We make calls all the time about how the AI wi... Read more
_Are said: Thank you for the bugfix !Balance? Sure! Leader cap? Unlikely, whenever we make a long term positive change it can annoy quite a few people. But in this case, the Leader cap being pretty tight is just better design.
Are you considering a future balance patch, notably on leader cap and penalties ?

when can we expect to see the return of different ftl types
Mcgan said: Eh, really? This one purely visual bug that has no effect on actual gameplay will be fixed in 2~3 months (or the upcoming open beta that may or may not happen)? We can fix more than one thing at a time, we'll be grabbing more issues from 3.7.4 for 3.8 as time allows. Can't let visual bugs accumulate either.
Before the many other bugs that do have an effect on gameplay and have existed for far longer? Ok, good to know. I can see a few reasons for that, but it's still weird.
Maybe up-voting bug reports is worth doing now.
Palillo said: So unfortunately it seems that if it is not fixed by the community, this bug will remain for at least months or maybe years, as has already happened with other bugs.Chill. This will be fixed in 3.8.
Soranya said: Nice, but how the heck can something like "not all ships have roles assigned" slip by the QA process?Oh we noticed, I just decided to leave it in for fun. (This is a joke)
clockworkhound said: Same here....all DLC say corrupted in launcher. I never played with mods and I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times in attempts to fix the issue. As above, you can ignore the warning and your DLC will still be enabled. This is a false positive in the launcher the DLC is not actually corrupted.
darkestinsanity said: All my DLC keeps saying it's corrupted and I cannot play using the DLC since the update. Tried verifying the files ect ect.Make sure to disable your mods. We're aware of the launcher complainaing about corrupt files but the game and DLC should still work fine, it's a backend issue.
Sad times as I really wanted to try out the update today
