[2022] Stellaris crashes whenever I try to edit/ save an empire. I have no idea how to fix it, and am in need of help.

Those custom designs are held in user empire designs.txt from /Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/ forum. Does it actually successfully get updated when you do this?

What antivirus app do you use? Make sure stellaris.exe is in all its exceptions lists.
