[2022] 3.3 broke my UI?

Are you using UI mods? If so, disable them. Check your resolution, I have seen on occasion where using a streaming service like GeForce Now may cause the game to run in strange resolutions (ie. 1921x768) when it should be 1920x1080. You can do this in the launcher as well. You can also try switching to borderless fullscreen in the launcher Game Settings as well.

If none of these things help, go to support.paradoxplaza.com and open a ticket. Hope this helps!
