[2022] Hey i bought stellaris in the Microsoft store and have all the major dlcs but i cant find the anniversary portraits free dlc anywhere

I'm not sure how much people have noticed this, if any, but it appears that Stellaris on PC via gamepass is missing both the anniversary portraits and the horizon signal DLC. I noticed this due to me attempting to launch an old save, which seems... forum.paradoxplaza.com
