[2022] Surviving Mars - Not Able To Build Some Buildings (Shuttle Hub, etc.) After Installing DLC

You can't build the shuttle hub until you research it. Do you see it in your tech tree?  

No real idea then. If you start a new test colony does this happen there too?  

That's my guess - this was caused by implementing the DLC while playing a colony that was started without it. Not desirable of course, but perhaps they can't test every possible combination of DLC/no DLC in all circumstances!
