[2021] Surviving Mars - Can not build Shuttle Hubs despite being researched

Thank you for your report and the save game. I'll take a look at this and see if I can figure out which DLC causes the Shuttle Hub to disappear.

I'm able to reproduce the issue after installing the Space Race DLC. A report for this issue has been raised.
