[2021] Surviving Mars - After researching "Self-sufficient Lighting (Recon & Expansion), the building is still not available to build

The Self-sufficient Lighting is only available in the Underground as that is the only place that requires lighting. Once it has been researched it should be available to build when you are underground. The icon will not appear in the build menu when you are on the surface of Mars or an Asteroid.
