[2020] Intel graphics

Hey @MyUsernameIsALie, Sorry to say but you are below the minimum requirements for the game, the game needs a dedicated GPU in order to play and not an integrated Intel graphics from the CPU.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

OS: 64-bit Windows 10
Processor (AMD): Ryzen 3 1300X or Equivalent
Processor (Intel): i5 6600k or Equivalent
Memory: 8 GB
Graphics card (AMD): Radeon HD 7850 or Equivalent
Graphics card (NVIDIA): GeForce GTX 660 or Equivalent
DirectX: 11.1 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: Broadband Connection
Hard-drive space: 40 GB

@MyUsernameIsALie correct but also make sure rest of the system meets the minimum requirements. 

@Warnack2005 unfortunately we don't have an exchange system for our games, you would need to buy xbox version of the game.
