BUG FIXES

• BB-8: Fixed an issue where Secret Intel was counting twice in some occasions
• Krrsantan: Fixed an issue where the Potency Down inflicted by Krrsantan's Basic ability couldn't be evaded.
• Fixed Commander Ahsoka's eyesight, she now realizes "Shien" should be green and not red, and we have fixed the text popup in battle to correctly be Green.
• Fixed an issue where Jedi Knight Cal Kestis was preventing cooldown recovery from his own allies.
