Hello Holotable Heroes,
We are aware of an issue where Raven's Claw crew ability could be upgraded to max level with low gear level Kyle Katarn.
We will be fixing this issue today.
Tomorrow we'll be running a script at approximately 1:15PM PT to reduce this ability down to it's base level and return upgrade materials used back to your accounts.
