Those steps will outline how to submit a help ticket starting from their SWGOH account to reach the support team and get the ball rolling.

The best way to contact us is by creating an in-game ticket. This sends them details our support team needs to help with mobile requests and means they can help out faster.

 

Here's how to send in a case from in-game:

  1. On the home screen, tap the  ⚙️ Cogwheel icon/ Settings button in the top left corner of your screen.
  2. Tap the Help button and your game will connect to the EA Help support site.
  3. From the page that loads, in the top left, click on the EA Help logo to bring you to the EA Help homepage.
  4. Type 'SWGOH' into the search bar and select the tile that appears.
  5. Select See all help topics.
  6. Select the Manage my account category.
  7. Select I need help logging into my EA Account (in the absence of a guild help option).
  8. The available contact options should appear under the heading 'Still need help'.

It'd also be good to have your Player ID handy in case the support team asks for it.
