[2021] If a kid makes a acc when he's 12 then turns 13, can he log in with google play?

The prompt to ID your age is based on requirements to determine if certain social features can be unlocked are not, such as being able to link your account. However, since there are limitations with what can be provided, the age restriction does not change after a certain time.
