[2019] General Hux Event Delay

Hi Holotable Hereos,

We have discovered an issue with gearing General Hux that we will be addressing in two updates today:

[*] We will update the game before 11:00am PT (19:00 UTC) to delay the General Hux event to later today in order to give us time to fix the issue
[*] The second update later today will address the incorrect requirements for General Hux at Gear 10

We are tentatively scheduling the second update for 3:15pm PT (00:15 UTC) 2:15pm PT (22:15 UTC). We will have more details on this later today.
