[2020] Can someone explain my drops?

Hi all, this might be a stupid question which may get answered very quickly but can someone explain this for me? I thought it meant if I hit the drop rate I would get 2 but I only pulled 1? Feel like Iā€™m being very dumb here...

Confirming what others have said in this thread. It's between 0-2, it shows the max drop possible but 1 or 0 can still happen.
