Hello Holotable Heroes,
We are aware of a visual issue when collecting your Lightspeed Bundle from the webstore that appears to show additional character shards can be redeemed in the Shard Shop. The game will crash when you try to redeem them and then will properly show the correct amounts once the game reboots.
Similar to the Hyperdrive Bundle, Lightspeed bundles do not provide character shards. See the section of the Hyperdrive Bundle post about Merged Units as this works the same for Lightspeed Bundles.
We are working on a fix for this issue in a future release.
