[2022] Game Update 7.2 - Known Issues

Notes:

• Use Ctrl+F and keyword to check if the bug you encounter is a known issue.
• The list is actively updated with new issues reported.

---------- KNOWN ISSUES GAME UPDATE 7.2 ----------

• Switching profile in the main quickbar makes the PVE button text disappears. 
• There is a discrepancy in the numbering of the quickbars.
• The following weapons from the Family of the First Seed Weapon set miss their visual effect:
  • Family of the First Seed Lightsaber Dualsaber
  • Family of the First Seed Dualsaber
  • The above mentioned weapons are unable to be purchased. They will be made available in a future update. 

PvP

• The “Hold the Line” medal is awarded under the wrong name “Offense Medal” in the chat. The medal appears under the correct name on the scoreboard.
• Visual effect is missing from the PvP Battle Flags decorations when viewed from the Preview window.
• Class buff disappears when queued in a match group with, at least 2 other characters with the same Origin Story.

Galactic Seasons

• The Galactic Seasons Objective "Decorated Combatant" refers to Warzone Medals in the description. This objective will progress from medals earned in both Warzones and Arenas. This description will be updated in Season 4.
• The Galactic Seasons Objective  "Heading the Frontline" refers to Unranked Warzone matches. This objective will only progress by playing Warzone matches and will not progress when playing Arenas. This objective will be updated in Season 4.

Ruhnuk

• The following Heroic areas are not correctly identified on the map:
  • Part of Upper Excavation Site
  • Western Part of Ventilation Shaft
  • Maintenance Tunnels
  • Part of Freight Center
  • Small part of Water Treatment

 ---------- BUGS REPORTED ----------

• The Ultimate Cartel Pack has the same information written twice in the Cartel Market description.
• The Holographic Weapon tuning is not correctly working when equipped on the Retired Gladiator Sniper Rifle.
• "Master of Manaan" Achievement does not complete if the "Master of the Seas" Achievement was completed before 7.1.1. Thread.
• Sa'har Kateen's Lightsaber is getting smaller after throwing it. Thread.
• Deconstructing items from the Material Inventory does not grant Augment Slot Components. Thread.

Galactic Seasons 3: "Luck of the Draw"

• Defeating the bonus boss from Maelstrom Prison Flashpoint in Story Mode is not granting any points.
• Weekly Objectives display 1/7 after the weekly reset even if no objective has been completed. Thread.
  • This bug is a visual one, logging out and back fixes the bug. 

Enlightened Spider Droid

• The visual effect of the Enlightened Spider Droid’s head is missing.
• The Enlightened Spider Droid pet's portrait frame is missing from the Abilities window. 

Made an additional note for the Family of the First Seed Weapon set in the above Known Issues list. These weapons are unable to be purchased right now. They will be made available in a future update. 

Added the following bug regarding PvP Season: 

• PvP Seasons progression is resetting. 

New bug added to the known issues list:

•  Players cannot progress in Ruins of Nul Flashpoint.

Hi everyone, 

We are taking down the servers for approximately one hour to deploy a fix for the PvP Seasons progression bug that was being reported. I'll update this thread when servers come back up.

Details on expected behavior when players log back in after this fix has been deployed. It is expected for players to see a clear slate on the progress bar. As the progress was not being saved when players logged out for over and then logged back in, there was no data to recover. 

Thank you to the players who reported this issue and provided details on their experiences. They were able to help us locate what the core issue was that allowed us to deploy the fix quickly. 

Hi all,

Here's the plan starting tonight and going into the morning regarding the PvP progress bar reset issue. We will be deploying a fix tomorrow morning that will reset the weeklies as they should have been reset with today's fix.

IMPORTANT NOTE. Though this fix is happening tomorrow morning, players who have not completed their weeklies will be able to continue playing PvP today, and will keep their progress even after tomorrow's fix goes live.

Tomorrow's fix will be identical to today's. Players should expect the servers to go down for approximately 1 hour. We are targeting 8am CT. Should any of these details change, I will be updating this thread.

Adding note to Known Issues list that Upgrade Caches currently include Implants. Players should only be receiving upgrades to non-implants if an upgrade is available. A fix is planned for a future update. 

The following bugs have been fixed with the latest patch 7.2a. More information here: 7.2a patch notes.

• Upgrade Caches contain Implants.
• Players cannot progress in Ruins of Nul Flashpoint. Thread.

Adding note to the Known Issues list that Master Orr's Boots and Belt do not have dye slots. 

Added the note regarding the Vicious Slash on Juggernaut animation:

• Vicious Slash ability on Juggernaut is playing the incorrect animation when used.

Added the "Let it Ride V" Achievement bug in the list: 

 

Galactic Seasons

• Players don't receive the "Let it Ride V" Achievement despite reaching Level 100 in Galactic Seasons 3. 
  • Note: Players who reach Level 100 but didn't receive the Achievement need to contact our Support Team.

Added the following bug: 

• NEW - Reaching the Legend Rank with the Gambling Authority and Management doesn't trigger the Authority on the Subject Achievement for all players.
  • Players who reach this rank before the end of the season, but didn't unlock the achievement need to contact our Support Team with the server where they reach the rank and when they reach it. 

Added the following bug: 

• Completing the [HEROIC 2+] Possessed Hunter Mission is not completing the Dromund Kaas: Heroic Missions Conquest Objective.
