Thanks for the different reports regarding the bug with the quickbar.

Our team is currently looking into it. To help our team reproduce this bug, could you provide the following information:
  • Does the quickbar is unlocked at the beginning of the encounter with Graul or later?

Hey everyone! As you�re all starting to dive into the next part of our storyline with Secrets of the Enclave, I thought I�d provide an update around the in-game timeline of events.

In my last post on the topic, I included a few caveats and clarifying points about time in Star Wars and SWTOR, the main one being that the specific timing of events is almost never described with any degree of detail. This is purposeful, and I�m still not looking to change that aspect of our storytelling (unless it directly serves a plot to do so at some point).

Galactic Seasons Purchase Issue

Hi everyone,

We're aware of an issue that a small number of players are experiencing in Galactic Seasons. If players, in quick succession, attempt to make purchases more than once, the system will drain the account twice. As a result, players will only receive a partial refund of their Cartel Coins. To avoid this issue, please do not press the purchase button rapidly. We are working on a fix for this, and all impacted players will have their Cartel Coins restored. We will update this thread when we have more information.

Earlier today we launch Game Update 6.3 'The Dark Descent'! In it we added a new Flashpoint called Secret of the Enclave, the first Galactic Season, and started Ranked PvP Season 14.

Galactic Seasons - Where's the credit unlock?

Hi everyone,

As mentioned in the Galactic Seasons article �as the season progresses, a catch-up system will unlock, allowing players to spend in-game credits to catch up on season levels� meaning that the Catch Up feature is not yet active. We intend on enabling this mechanic in 30 days to give players a chance to fully experience Galactic Seasons.

Here are the current known issues for Game Update 6.3:

Note: Use Ctrl+F and keyword to check if the bug you encounter is a known issue.
  • Secrets of the Enclave Flashpoint
    • Players can be locked inside of the bonus boss room if the Flashpoint is advanced by the other players.
    • Darth Rivis and Arn Peralun sometimes have an influence level 1 during the Secrets of the Enclave Flashpoint - Solo/Story Mode.
    • Approaching a wall on the south side of the Jedi Enclave lower level instantly kills the player.
    • Defeating creatures is not counting towards the progress of the �Clearing the Vermin� Achievement.
    • Players don�t receive the email for completing the Secrets of the Enclave Flashpoint.
    • The quickbar is unlocked during the encounter with Graul. Thread
