I recently switched to the Cluster Seeker Mine and when I activate it(either by pressing or holding the skill key) it will often pull the mine out but I'll get no mine UI and won't be able to throw it. The only way I've found to get out of it is to switch to a weapon.
At first I thought it was because the initial aim location was an invalid location for the mine to be thrown, however after playing around with it yesterday evening there were some easily accessible, flat areas that were valid locations also causing the bug.
