[2020] Gatehouse Facility Mission Stuck After Delta-03

Hi - During the play through of the Gatehouse Facility Mission I had a Delta-03 error that booted me from the game. When I came back, the mission was back on the map. When I enter the lab, the doors to the inner lab are open, but when I use the computer, the doors to the room where the echo is located won't open and now I can't play the echo that activates the Tidal Basin stronghold.

I have logged out, logged back in, restarted. Nothing works. The doors won't open and I can't activate the echo.

Please help.
