There is an activity spot in Downtown West that only spawns Territory Controls and Elite Territory Control activities
After killing the initial NPC's to start either activity...
The next wave / waves of NPC's get stuck behind this door...
After 30-60 seconds the NPC's will auto destruct (1 wave for territory control, 2 waves + named enemy for Elite) dropping key...
This happens 100% of the time at this spot on the map.
