[2022] Resource Convoy spawn issue around Sleeping Giant

Hello everyone, thank you for the feedback and sorry to hear you do not believe we have fully understood this issue regarding the spawn of NPCs in and around that particular area/manhole cover, during the Sleeping Giant Control Point takeover mission.

@USMC_Tallin you mentioned you reported this before to us, did you happen to upload a video of this happening in game we can use? Same applies to you @hpoonis2010 - have you been able to record this issue occurring on one of your Sleeping Giant Control point attempts?

This would help in trying to convey the issue to our QA teams. I have forwarded your information on to our Division QA team and asked them to look back into this issue, but if you can capture a video clip of this happening it would be a great help.

Thanks for the reply @hpoonis2010. Any additional information we can find out may prove to be useful to the QA team when trying to reproduce this, so that's why it was asked.
