The game freezes on my PS4 Slim occasionally after the main objective has been completed in Countdown. It doesn't happen everytime but does happen consistently. The screen will freeze and I can still hear the sound but the game is completely unresponsive. I then have to force quit the game. I can't reliably reproduce the issue but it does seem to happen more when I pick up loot from the unlocked loot chest in the area where the main objective has been completed.
