[2020] Warlords DLC issue

From checking your account I can see no reason why the DLC should not be recognised, however, one thing I do need to make you aware of immediately is that G2A are not one of our approved retailers. This means that any issues with your purchase itself are not ones we can provide support for. I will help as best I can with the technical side of things, but you'd need to contact G2A as your retailer to seek a refund or exchange etc. should that be needed.

That all said, can you please confirm whether you yet tried verifying your game files in Uplay PC? If your purchase of the WONY Expansion is not yet detected, this should help to make sure all files involved are non-corrupt and in working order. Let me know how it goes?

Hello Zaiit1! I looked into this further for you and it looks like you own the base game through Epic, but you purchased the DLC content (Warlords of New York) through Uplay. In order to ensure compatibility, you'll want to purchase the base game and DLC content on the same client. We have an article that goes into more detail about this that I'll link here.
