The artificer buff amount isn't scale with the skill tier. It should be scaled with the skill tier, just like other skills. At tier 6, buff amount per expertise level should be 70%*1%=0.7%, instead of 1% additionally.
I have +10 skill tier 6 artificer hive showing buff amount of 71%, where should have been 77%.
