I start a Ubisoft game on Steam, in this case Might and Magic: Heroes VI (but also happens in other games)
I get a popup to login to Ubisoft connect
I login and get:
A Ubisoft service is currently unavailable
Please try again later

Retrying gives the same problem.
The now running Ubisoft Connect only shows News and Games in the top bar

I quit Ubisoft connect and start it myself
It now shows the full bar again, News Games Store Ubisoft+ and Travel Sale

Now if I start the game via Steam, it seems to startup fine.

Another thing, there is no way to remember your login, so everytime I start the game I have to login to Ubisoft Connect again, quite annoying

I already uninstalled and reinstalled Ubisoft Connect to no avail.
Also thinking than I play without Steam to avoid this problem is no option because you have to play via Steam eventhough it's in your Ubisoft account and you start it from there.

@xiomata Hello. Thanks for reaching out about this error you're getting in Ubisoft Connect! I'm sorry to hear that uninstalling and then reinstalling the app didn't seem to help! Just to clarify, everything appears to work if you launch via Steam, correct? Either way, I recommend trying to run both Steam and Ubisoft Connect in Administrator mode.

@anietula Hi there and welcome to the forums! Are you receiving the same error message as @Xiomata? I would also ensure that you have the latest version of Ubisoft Connect installed to help remedy this if you haven't done so already. To do a complete reinstall to ensure there are no lingering files from your previous installation, please follow the steps from our guide here. Let us know if this helps or if you continue to receive the same error message as before.
