PC Windows 11 User - The Division 2 after crash cannot log out or end task... 

I Have many crash at playing the division 2 - in this couple weeks, there is issue after crashing : cannot Logout or end task The Division 2 launcher at Taskmanager, play button "blur", after "force quit" Ubisoft Connect, and after launch Ubisoft Connect, Launch The Game Error "CreateFile with 32", so Verify Files, repair and allocating disk (where the time is very long)... do it repeat again and again and again...

There is any Fixed Solution for this ? getting annoying with this game.... i try uninstall the game and Repair Easy Anti Cheat Launcher Solution still not working.. do same task like above that i mention....

Hey there @MizuNubi21 and @Unkn0wn-Player_

If you are still running into crashes like this, there are a few things that I can recommend.

First, Easy Anti Cheat and the game files are technically installed separately. It is possible that corrupt Easy Anti Cheat files are the cause of some of your crashes. To fix this follow this short process.

  1. Verify your game files again.
  2. Manually repair Easy Anti Cheat: (https://www.easy.ac/support/game/guides/installer/)
  3. If that does not work, fully reinstall Easy Anti Cheat: (https://www.easy.ac/support/game/guides/installer/)


When you first launch the game after doing this, it may take some extra time to load into the main menu, but hopefully things will be a bit more stable for you. Please let me know if you continue running into crashes that prevent you from ending the game task.

Hey guys,

Thanks for your continued updates, apologies for the delayed response.

Our investigation into this issue is still ongoing.

An EAC fix has been released which as resolved this for many players, but we haven't closed the investigation just yet until we can ensure it's been resolved.

Please let us know if you still have this issue at all!
