I've been trying to purchase credits on PC for the past two weeks and in the Ubisoft Connect app and both are showing that there is nothing to purchase in the store. What is going on and will credits be available to purchase in the upcoming days, weeks, or months?

I've taken note of your reports regarding an Issue with credits and the in-game Store, and I'm sorry to hear that this impacted your experience in The Division 2 !

A maintenance and an update were deployed recently (TU 16.1), which included a fix for an Issue where Premium Credits were spent instead of Textiles when buying from the in-game store.

Can you let us know if you still encounter the Issues you've reported ?

I've read your message, and I'm sorry to hear that crashes in-game prevent you from enjoying The Division 2 !

For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue, can you let us know if the problems still happens after following the steps of our dedicated PC troubleshooting guide ?

It helps solve most of the Issues encountered on PC, and includes sections dedicated to file verification for example, in order to check for anything missing or corrupted.

Don't hesitate to let us know if the problem persists afterwards, or if you have any questions !

Update : this message as well as the one you posted in another thread have been moved here, in order to gather the information in one place.

Hey there @ProbusDotNet, as you are still not able to access the in-game store normally can you take a screenshot of the error that appears when you try to do so?

For the people who are still having issues out of the Ubisoft Connect overlay being enabled, we recommend making sure that Ubisoft Connect is fully updated with a fresh installation, as well as clearing the program's cache.

If these things do not alleviate the performance issues from having the overlay enabled, please make sure that you open a support ticket with us and submit copies of your basic system files.
