I played Division for over 225 hours on pc via Ubisoft. For the 1st time, since a few days /weeks ago, my xbox one controller hasn't been working properly. I click left stick and map opens, A and B button are inverted. Tied the fix in the state file, changing controller mode = 2. Doesn't work.
What is the fix?

Hey @Benny_Ace,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you and to see you've been having issues!

Just checking in to see how you're getting on?

We'd also recommend testing the controller via a wired connection to see if this helps resolve your issue.

Please let us know how you get on and if you need any more help at all!

@Benny_Ace Hey! Glad to hear that the controller works when plugged in, but definitely understand wanting to play it wirelessly. If you don't mind, I'd like you to please try going through the steps in our FAQ here. If the issue persists after trying those steps, could you get us a video or screenshots showing the controller not working properly, and also showing the controller configuration in the menu? You can do this by going to Controls and scrolling down until you see Button Layout. You can hit A to show the layouts, and I would check to make sure it's set to default. You can also disable the gamepad and re-enable it in-game to see if that helps fix the issue too.

Let me know if this helps or if you continue to have trouble with this! Thank you!
