I can not use the in-game store at all, says 'Error - The store is empty'

I am from South Africa, and I do not use any VPN at all.

Can you please assist me?

Sorry that you are getting this error when trying to purchase Premium credits within the in-game store. For this issue, I would recommend you go through our troubleshooting guide here and be sure to verify your game files as well. If that doesn't help, you can also try to clear the cache in Ubisoft Connect and run both the game and client with admin rights. Here's how to do that.

  • Have you encountered this issue before or were you able to purchase credits normally prior to this occurrence?
  • When did this issue first occur?
