[2020] [BUG] Club Challenge (SMG Bounty: Outcasts) not tracking

The weekly club challenge to eliminate 25 Outcasts with an SMG is broken. The number of eliminated enemies does not register and there is no completion or reward notification for reaching 25. The challenge to eliminate 25 Black Tusk with a shotgun is working correctly as are all other projects and missions.

No, I am not going to include a screenshot or video. The above description is more than adequate. Pass this along to the Division 2 team and they will be able to fix it easily.

Hey Landhammer! I'm sorry that the Challenge isn't tracking correctly.

Videos are requested as we need to determine if this is a global issue or just happening to you. I'll let the team know, however I'm still requesting a video if possible,

Okay, think about that for a minute.

Me posting a screenshot of my counter at 0 only shows that this is happening to me. The screenshot provides no global information.

Likewise, Imagine_Brata posting a screenshot of his counter at 25 shows that it is not happening to him and not global. He could just as easily have said that without the screenshot.

Having just gone through a six month ordeal with a similar bug ( where support tried twice to kick the problem back to me with "pix or it didn't happen"t despite the fact that a screenshot adds absolutely nothing, I'm not inclined to waste my time.

Alright, I get that. I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience last time, so I understand why you wouldn't want to provide video. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this one. As mentioned above, are you seeing the same on the Club website?

Thanks for the update, Landhammer! I'm very sorry for the continued frustration caused by this specific weekly challenge not tracking your progress. If you haven't already, I'd recommend completing our connectivity guide to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. These steps do not mean to suggest that there is anything wrong with your internet, but were designed to ensure your connection to the game is optimized.
