[2021] Skills/turret falling thru floor and drone not attacking

As in video, my friend had deployed her turret and it fell thru floor during our summit run?
Also, she had deployed her drone and would not attack the target, this has been happening time and time again, skills falling through floor and drones not attacking targets!
Please fix this for her!

Thanks for providing the footage. Could you possibly provide footage showing the turret falling through the floor in more detail if possible

No worries! Are you able to reproduce this issue in a specific area or is it happening randomly when you're playing with your friend?

Now we played in summit last night and some of the problems didn’t occur since the server maintance, however, drones and turrets don’t attack when assign targets , almost a delay is built in the system?

Can you send us a video of this since the maintenance? Usually they'd pick their target and go, any delay should be minimal.
