I was playing The Division 2 today. There was the bug with the inventory. I went to 1 of weapons locker to sell the stuff that I did not need but somehow it sold all my exotics weapons and maybe something else. There is no re-buy option in lockers. Also nothing appears in vendors of the main safe houses to re-buy. Instead of 140 items, now I have only 118.

I lost all my exotics stuff that I collected and upgraded with a great efforts.

Is it possible to get back my save file previous this moment ? With the date of 18 of July at 17:00 local Spain time or earlier ?

I had a few times before that when you chose something in inventory to sell or destroy, it can highlight everything and so you will proceed to destroy or sell everything if you did not correct the issue. This time I did not see this. I saw the warning that you will sell modified weapon, so I checked everything, only the things I marked to sell were in inventory. 

It is really bad that the save files are only on server side. Please, help.

-Your Ubisoft username and email
-The platform you play on
-Exact name of missing item/s / exotics

-Any further details about breaking down weapons accidentally etc

Sorry to hear that you have lost your weapons. Can I ask if you've encountered any technical or connectivity problems while using your locker? Please also send us a link to a short video (you can upload it online to a streaming site, like YouTube) or screenshots showing the items missing and (if possible) owning them before. This will greatly help in our investigation!

Please bear in mind that we can't guarantee any items will be recovered, but we will certainly take a closer look at your case and investigate what might have caused it!
