[2023] Fix Fragile Armor Bug!

Hey there @Kabal81, I'd love to collect more information about the bug you are referring to.

Please give me a full description of what you expect to happen versus what is actually happening in-game.

If possible, a short video demonstrating the issue may also be required before I am able to create a report for you to send up to our team.

Thanks for keeping in touch and for the video and apologies for our delayed response.

A fix was understood to have been pushed for this in TU16 last November, but that doesn't appear to have done the trick.

This has already been reopened and the team's investigation is ongoing.
