Here you can see I have a loadout with the Reinforcer (Healing Chem Launcher) with a Heal mod equipped. I log out, log back in, and then switch to a different loadout to highlight the Oxidizer Chem Launcher which is supposed to have a Damage mod NOT a Heal mod. So what I see to be the problem is that some skills are not remembering the correct mod that was selected after logging out/in.
Another annoyance: If I'm in a safe area, not in combat then why do I need to wait for all of my Chem Launcher charges to fill up when I haven't even shot a single charge in the first place to put it on cooldown? This also makes it impossible to change the mods on the Chem Launcher until it's finished filling up all charges?
And another issue/bug: When I'm launching Chem charges, then try switching to my gun to shoot bullets the Chem Launcher will glitch back into my hands making me waste charges when I was supposed to be shooting bullets instead. The happens very often on console (Playstation).
I know this most likely won't be fixed but I figured I'd at least try to bring attention to it.
