I have this exact same issue. I play on Xbox. I've played this game for the past 4 years since the open beta. Since launch, I've never been able to get this backpack trophy to drop. All of the people I've played with have said they got it to drop either the very first time they played the mission and other's say by the third time they've played it (on any difficulty.) I've played it several dozens of times on hard or higher (getting the service commendation patch), finishing it mostly on challenging, and in the past week have completed it on heroic at least 3 times (including when it was invaded). I've honestly gotten exotic weapons to drop on this mission more than this trophy, as it's never dropped. Is there anyway to fix or patch this glitch?
