DX11 crashes noticeably less often, but delivers much worse and less consistent performance. DX12 gives me very good and consistent performance but crashes very often, on a bad day 4-5 times on a good day 1-2 times. my gaming sessions are usually 3-4 hours. Are there any work-arounds to improve DX11 performance? or Decrease the crash frequency of DX12? Thanks in advance!

Hi folks! I'm sorry for the various performance issues you all are facing. Has everyone had the chance to complete our basic troubleshooting guide for the PC? If not, please give these steps a try. Should these issues persist after, I'd recommend getting in touch with our technical support teams and attaching your Msinfo and DxDiag files to your ticket, so we can take a closer look on an individual basis as to what may be causing these issues to occur.
