Greetings.

I've been literally a week now trying to play The Division 2 on PC. And I'm not getting it because of the anti cheat. I've tried everything. Check the files, uninstall the game and install again, and the last attempt I formatted the entire PC, only Windows 10 is installed and Ubisoft Connect with the game. Still I can't play.

File Scan does not repair. I just installed the game, a download over 74GB and the file check already finds an error.
The problem is that when I click on repair a message says that it is not possible to repair and that I have to uninstall the game and install it again. I can't keep downloading 74GB all the time, it's a process that takes hours on my current internet.

The first error that happens is as soon as I finish installing the game from scratch.
CHARLIE-03 (hunter\sdf\pc\dataz\sdff-a-0042.sdfdata)
So the game is stuck on this screen and I have to close it through the task manager.

When I try to open the game for the second time I get an error earlier.
Unknown file version (TheDivision2.exe)
Clicking ok the game ends.

From here every time I try to open the game nothing happens, the game does not open and no screen appears, not even an error message. The game doesn't even show up in the task manager.

So I run the file check in Ubisoft Connect which finds error in the files but can't fix it and asks me to uninstall and install again. Another 74GB download

Hello @GersonBR1 ,

Thanks you for reaching out to us and describing all the steps that have been taken to fix the CHARLIE-03 error.

This error mean that the game has been launched while EasyAntiCheat is not running.

Please visit the EasyAntiCheat website: (http://www.easy.ac/support/) to find appropriate troubleshooting steps, including instructions on how to re-install the application.

Should the issue still persist, feel free to get back to us.

Please don't bump old posts @racdavies. The original poster never got back to us, so their issue is probably resolved or they haven't been interested in seeking further help.
