Turrets (artillery) refuse to fire and/or targetting locked to a fixed point and will not move.

Striker drone hovering and not engaging enemy: manually or auto.

What's the fix, Ubisoft?

Hey there, thank you all for the further comments here. If possible, could someone please provide a short video showing this turret problem in action? 

You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, you can always try uploading it here on the discussions or try sending it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site. 

@hpoonis2010 - While I understand these steps can become repetitive and may sometimes sound robotic. It's important to note that these types of steps can help rule out many of the common causes for technical-related issues.  They're always very useful to go through so that we can rule them out as potential factors.

A video demonstrating this occurring will greatly assist our teams with their investigation. It will also provide some more context for us and ensure that our reports aren't mistaken. If you have any further questions or you experience any other issues, please do not hesitate to reach back out.

@hpoonis2010 Thank you for sharing your system information. Were you able to take a video clip demonstrating this issue? We'd be glad to pass it onto the team to investigate. For full transparency, we are not the members of the same teams who investigate these reports, so we aren't always able to personally reproduce an issue, rather we collect as much information as we can from players so our teams can investigate this further for you.

There is zero guarantee they will encounter the same issue, so the more details we can collate, the better.

First and foremost, we are here to help, but at times may need additional information from players to be able to do this effectively.

We will be more than happy to continue looking into this with you if you're able to provide a video as requested, otherwise we cannot make any guarantee of any fixes being pushed with the information currently available on this thread.

Compensation is also something we have zero control over and is not typically distributed in exchange for issue reports.
