Every single time I crash in Countdown, it's going to be right after I grab the loot from the final encounter cache and turn to run towards the exit. I'm losing my mind on this. It wastes all of our time. We get nothing from a crash. All the time invested. It doesn't matter what encounter location. It doesn't matter if you're walking, jogging, running, or sprinting. It does not matter what direction you go afterwards. Nothing matters. It just hangs and crashes and Ubisoft does not care. Don't tell us you do, and then offer no transparency on what is going on. It comes off as disingenuous and you're coming off as untrustworthy.

Hey @Traumahawk, this was posted to the wrong section and I moved it to the Player Support section so that you could get assistance from the Support Team. Sorry for the confusion! 🐙

Hello @Traumahawk,

Apologies for the delay - we're a lot busier than usual on these forums so we haven't been able to be as responsive as we'd otherwise hope.

Also for transparency, we are Ubisoft Support agents, not developers. When these issues are raised, they're passed on to the relevant game team members for investigation.

From that point onwards, we aim to keep players in the loop as best we can, but please understand we can only share with you what is available to us.

This doesn't tend to include specifics into the progress of these investigations, so we're unable to share exactly what the team are up to at a certain stage.

We understand it's frustrating that we can't provide more, but we do what we can to ensure you're on the same page as us.

Regarding the Countdown crashing issues, this was understood to have been resolved in TU16.

We're still investigating crashes caused when starting matchmaking inside Coney Island, but this doesn't appear to be the case here.

If you're still encountering issues with the Countdown mode, could you please open a case via our Support Site and attach your DxDiag and MSinfo system files?

With those, we'll be able to pass these to the team to take a further look into this.

Thank you for your understanding.
