[2021] Xbox 1 (newest with screen shot button) will not re-map keys

I started having these issues after this latest update on my computer.

1. My Xbox 1 controller (A and B ) buttons only register as up and down as though I am pressing the directional buttons on the gamepad. I have never had this problem before and I can play Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Need for Speed Heat, and Horizon Dawn with the same controller just to name a few.
2. My game window will not go full screen. It will only go max size 1280 x 800 and that is windowed. If I change it to full screen then it goes to my far left monitor which is not the monitor I game on. I also can not move it from that monitor. I also can not turn off the FPS limit but everything else is set to Ultra

I verified the files and it stated there was some errors but it stated it fixed this and when I loaded the game, it still had the same issue. The computer has been restarted. I have run this wirelessly with no issues. I tried to set the keys manually but the key shows as the directional key. I went to control panel to check the controller settings and they keys show correctly when checking in the properties. Once again, the control works fine with my other games.
