[2022] Battery Park Bounty, keep getting stuck in a room

Hi, probably me being stupid, but over the weeks I've tried a few Battery Park bounties and in all of them, I end up in the same room, stuck with no way to get out except by quitting.

Maybe I should try a different way and not going into that room, but it's bugging me that I cant find a way out

I've recorded a short PS5 clip showing what I mean.

I go up a ladder, up a rope, across a bridge. in through the window, down the ladder, door is locked, I jump down to room below, can shoot a panel through the window, cant get in the door of that room though, I'm presuming it unlocked the previous door before I jumped down.
I can go down more stairs and another ladder, but cant find anything there, come back up and I simply am stuck. I see no way of climbing to the top bit again (hope that makes sense). I don't like things beating me, I'm waiting for someone to show me what an idiot I am
