I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered some trouble unequipping your mask. To help us to look into this further, would you be able to provide us with a video that shows you're unable to unequip your mask, even when you've removed it and selected "None" on the menu?
I'd recommend uploading this video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread. We can then take a closer look at this and pass it along to the dedicated teams for further investigation.
Additionally, if you can let us know if all masks are affected by this issue, or only specific ones, this will be helpful for the investigation.
