I just did a clean install of windows 11.
Drivers and windows updates all updated.
Hardware drivers updated.

When I launch the game the screen shifts to a wonky resolution and is grey scale with lines up and down the screen. Hitting Alt+Enter to change display from full screen to windowed fixes the issue for maybe a quarter of a second before its back to the same corruption.

This also affects windows while the game is launched but goes back to perfect function when the game is closed.

I am unsure of how to get a screenshot of what I am trying to explain since I cant even see the mouse or read words on the screen when its happening.

No other game on my system has any issues running thus far.

Hey there @kylite, thank you for taking the time to get in touch, and letting me know about this issue, I appreciate the screenshot. I have taken a look into this from my side and we're not aware of any active investigations regarding any similar problems. Thererfore could you please first go through this technical troubleshooting article for me ensuring you have completed all of the steps? These steps can help rule out many of the common causes for technical-related issues. I understand you have already performed several actions to try and remedy the issue, but we must cover everything in the article first.

Could you please also double check your monitor wires and ensure that the cables are not loose? If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you could also try launching the game on a different monitor to see if that helps aswell.

Should you have further questions regarding any of those steps in the article above, or regarding any other issue, please do not hesitate to let me know.

@kylite Wow, how strange! Can't say I've ever seen HDR settings cause that kind of a wonky issue before. I'm glad you were able to get this figured out though! Now if I ever see this issue in the future, I know what I can suggest to hopefully help get it fixed. 🙂 Thanks again for the update and for sharing what fixed this for you!

@ddkruger Hello there!

Sorry to hear you've encountered a similar crashing issue, thanks for letting us know what you've tried.

Would you be able to confirm if you've been able to try disabling HDR from the config file as mentioned above by Kylite?

If you could also let us know if you've followed our troubleshooting article too, it would be much appreciated!
