When I have multiple "Oh Carol" marksman rifles and I try to donate, donating them won't increase my Expertise. However, donating materials will increase Expertise.
Action: Donate "Oh Carol" MMR to Expertise system
Expected: Expertise of the weapon increases
Actual: Expertise of the weapon remains the same
