I didn't use to have problems, but this week both The Division 1 and 2 (that are heavily dependent on the servers) are frequently crashing. And today is uniquely bad.

It stays out for a few seconds but of course it takes a long time to re-enter the game. It quite ruins the game experience, especially if you are playing solo when there is no real need to depend on *constant* server functionality.

Hey @xmdead

I'm sorry to hear you have been having crashing issues on both The Division 1 and 2. Are you getting any specific error codes / messages when you crash?

I apologise for the delayed response, @XMdead. Thanks for providing us with more information about the crashes you've been experiencing.

A MIKE-01 error happens when the game failed to connect to the server. If you continue to encounter this error following a crash, I'd recommend trying the troubleshooting steps on this support article. In particular, I recommend completing all of the connectivity troubleshooting steps that are suggested, as this will help to ensure that your connection to the Ubisoft servers is in optimal condition.

I'd recommend giving these basic PC troubleshooting steps a go as well, if you have not already. These PC troubleshooting steps can tackle a number of common causes behind technical issues, such as crashing, and are a great starting point when troubleshooting these issues further.

Additionally, I've reviewed the warning placed on your account and will be reviewing it with my colleagues, as it may have been placed in error. If you'd like to discuss this further, please open a support ticket, as we're unable to communicate publicly regarding actions taken against your account

I'm sorry that you didn't receive any notifications that a response had been posted within this thread. Depending on your notification settings, you should have received a notification for the tag left by @Ubi-Froggard. You can also receive notifications for any threads you are watching. You can check if you're watching a thread in the top right-hand corner of a thread, next to the title. To change your notification settings you can click the three horizontal dots in the top right-hand corner (next to the bell icon) and go to "Settings."

Thank you for sharing your feedback about the editing time as well. We have passed on this feedback, as well as the feedback shared by @TK105, to the dedicated team for further consideration.

If you continue to encounter crashing issues after trying the suggested troubleshooting steps, please don't hesitate to update us within this thread so we can continue to take a closer look.

Thanks! 😊
