Hi Ubisoft team,

Recently I bought Division 2 and I loved it but lately, my game started crashing A LOT. I already tried everything ... Updated my driver, video card, verify and fix game files re-installed direct X... Tried all.
But still, game keeps getting crushes even so seamless and suddenly most of the time won't even show any kind of error message. Just black screen, stucked sound effect and I turn back to the desktop.

I already looked at the forums and saw a lot of people who are confused like me.

Please. How can we fix this?

With my regards...

Yigit.

@pandawickd Hey there! I am sorry to hear that you are encountering crashing with the Division 2. I also appreciate you listing the steps you have already tried! Since you have tried most of the troubleshooting, I recommend creating a ticket with our support team here with your Msinfo and Dxdiag files to be able to further investigate what may be causing the crashing for you.

Hey guys!

@Jimmy_DA - I can see that there have been a few matters that were brought up in the past regarding crash related issues (including memory leak), however these have been seemingly addressed, therefore if we do have any similar instances, we do need to take a closer look at each and every configuration, as the number of things that can sometimes cause performance related issues is rather vast. Nevertheless, by working through case by case basis, I'm certain we will be able to find correlation, if there is any.

@Pandawickd - great stuff, I've had a look at your ticket and can see that you have indeed, therefore please bear with us and our regional team will get back to you at the earliest possible convenience 🙂 .

Should you have any further queries in the meantime, feel free to reach out at any time!
