[2021] When crafting I press the button to craft gear/attachments but it keeps pressing the one below and giving error messages

I tried to craft a gun attachment but when I pressed the button to build the piece it would always go one selection lower when starting to craft and either giving me a "This mod is already crafted" or "Insufficient Crafting Parts", it behaves as if I clicked one item below.

Is there a way to bypass that please guys? Thank you very much in advance!

EDIT: Happens both in Full Screen and Windowed modes.
